To choose a photographer for your destination wedding takes a lot of faith by the bride and groom.  Sherry and Mike live clear across the country in sunny LA and came across my website and knew they had to have me photograph their big day.  After a few series of emails we had a package in place that is much more affordable than one might think to have me leave the country to shoot a wedding.  I hadn’t talked to either of them on the phone due to the time difference and how busy both of us were.

Once I arrived in Anguilla (near St. Martin) I made my way to The Viceroy  I knew I was in for something special.  The customer service and energy surrounding the property was unlike anything I have ever experienced before.

Then we met!  Spunky, beautiful, stunning and energetic are only a few words to describe this wonderful young lady!  To say we it off immediately would be an understatement.  To go from strangers to “I love you Ray Ray” in a matter of two days says something about how passionate I am for my clients.  Although I was only contracted to shoot 2 days of the trip I couldn’t resist having my camera around for all of the events.  We spent 5 days together and instead of being the “outsider or vendor” with the camera, I was more like family.  Every day there were warm wishes and hugs…leading up to the big moment when Mike got to see his lovely bride for the first time overlooking the amazing cliff side resort.  Not a dry eye in the place!  These two were meant to do this…and I guess I was the perfect choice to capture their big day.

Thank you Sherry and Mike for taking a chance on a photographer you never met…  I put my ALL into each and every wedding…your wedding was easy because of the location, friendship we established and the love and energy you had surrounding you with the close family and friends that made the trip.  I know you will never forget this day…nor will I.  Thanks again and I love you guys too!  Cheers to your perfect wedding weekend!
